Enilconazole, derived from imidazole, is a powerful synthetic fungicide and sporicide that, at low concentrations, inhibits the growth of fungi, especially dermatophytes (Trichophyton and Microsporum genera) and Aspergillus fumigatus.
It acts by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the cell membrane of fungi and yeasts. The excipients used in ACTIFUCIN make it possible for the diluted emulsion to allow a good adherence of Enilconazole to the surfaces on which it is applied (walls, floor, cages, utensils, etc.), ensuring prolonged effectiveness.
Environmental sanitation and prevention of dermatophyte fungal (ringworm) infestations in dogs, cats, rabbits, equines and bovines.
Ideal complement to antifungal, topical or oral therapy in the aforementioned species.
Control and prevention of Aspergillus fumigatus infestations in hatcheries and poultry facilities.
Dosage and instructions for use
ACTIFUCIN is always used diluted 1% in water (10 ml / liter of water), to form an emulsion containing 1.5 mg of active substance per liter.
